Pez Lake Industrial Facility (Seneca Army Depot) This former Army Depot consists of 4 building components which are. OFFICE (8) buildings with a total of 100,000 sq ft. WAREHOUSE (37) buildings containing a total of 2.4 million square feet (ranging in size from 90,000 up to 200,000 sq. ft.)which include both drive in & Dock height doors and are accessed by rail. ceiling heights are between 14′-16′. WORKSHOPS (3) Industrial plant and equipment shops with up to 65,000 sq. ft. and ceiling heights up to 20′ with 25 ton cranes.
